This research aims to formalize and systematize automated software testing strategies, drawing conclusions on the most effective approaches. It covers key aspects of testing, including its role in the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) lifecycle, strategies for selecting and utilizing testing tools, and best practices for writing tests and choosing test scenarios. Special attention is given to Test-Driven Development (TDD), focusing on its flexible use as a tool to accelerate the software development process. Additionally, methods for selecting test scenarios are described, suggesting that engineers should first cover the most common scenarios and then consider edge cases. The formal modeling of software component relationships is also explored to identify the most efficient testing strategies. The goal is to categorize and formalize all facets of automated software testing, providing guidelines for optimal methodologies and suggesting approaches to improve overall software quality.en_US
